Deleting MSN Butterfly virus

Computer of my friends Hanna was infected by Butterfly MSN virus, so as a good man and as her friend too, i must delete the virus, good job for a good boy.
I use sysinternal software to find and kill the virus. But first i must booting in safe mode and do the whole job there. About a half day i then finished the job. What exhausted job..
